REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you to love your Leggyngs purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Tags must still be attached
  • Items must be in original packaging

How to Return

Email us at shop.leggyngs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions within 1–2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items marked as final sale
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged after delivery

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Damaged or Wrong Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at shop.leggyngs@gmail.com with a photo and your order number. We will make it right at no cost to you.
